Let me explain this for you

Let’s say your purchase was over 400$

You will absolutely get free delivery in addition of 5% of the 400$
This percentage will be added to your Estaderma wallet, and you can use it in the next order or keep saving it till you collect a good amount of money and make your biggest purchase with us.

For example

First purchase was 400$(free delivery fee) x 5% = 20$
Second Purchase was 500$ (free delivery fee) x 5% = 25$
Third purchase was 700$ (free delivery fee) x 5% = 35$

Now you have made 20$ + 25$ + 35$= 80$
80$ can be used in your next purchase or keep saving the 5% of the upcoming purchases till the time that you want to use the whole or part of the collected money without spending a penny (spend what you saved only) …

Isn’t this awesome?

HOWEVER

If your purchase was less than 333$ the delivery fee in this case is 38$ and it will be added to your total.

Let’s say you have made an order with a total of 250$ by deducting the delivery fee that was added to your original order
250 $ (total) - 38 $ (delivery fee) = 212 $ (original order without the delivery fee)
Your original purchase without the delivery fee is 212 $

In this case the 5% will be calculated based on the original purchase price of your order

So, the 5% of 212 $ will be 10.6 $

10.6 $ will be now added to your Estaderma wallet and you can use it whenever you want, or you can keep collecting the 5% of every purchase till you make your biggest purchase with us.

Can I cash out the collected points I made so far?

Answer:

Unfortunately, you cannot.
You can only use the collected points in our website

Question:

What if I got a discount code and the original price of my order was for EX: 500$ but with using the 30% discount code the total price of my order became 350$ how the 5% will be calculated in this case?

Answer:

The 5% point in discount period will be calculated from the total
of your purchase after applying the discount

for EX:
If your purchase was for 500$ and by using the 30% discount
code, the total of your order has been discounted to 350$
The 5% will be calculated from the 350$ the total of your order
after applying the discount, which will be:
350$ x 5% = 17.5$

However

if the total of your order after the discount includes delivery fee.The 5% will be calculated after applying the discount code and after deducting the delivery fee

EX:
If your purchase was for 350$ and by using the 30% discount code, the total of your order has been discounted to 245$, in this case a delivery fee will be added to your discounted total and the 5% will be calculated from the 245$ the total of your order after applying the discount and before adding the delivery fee:
245$ x 5% = 12.25$ point
245$ + 38$ delivery fee = 283$ total
