1. General

Subject to stock availability.
We always try to maintain an accurate stock count on our website. However, from time to time, there may be instances when there is a stock discrepancy, therefore, we will try to proceed with the available products, the customer will be contacted and given the choice to select among three options of how to proceed with the order.
Change to another product of a similar price
Wait until the warehouse receives the new stock of products.
Keep the value of the product as point for future purchases on the website.

The points can be used in the next order placed on the website. Notice that in the case that the product is purchased during sales, a partial refund is unavailable.


2. Delivery

Shipping Costs
The standard delivery fee is 38USD. Free shipping is provided for orders of 333USD or above. If the customer has a special request regarding the delivery method, the shipping costs will be calculated and added to the payment invoice based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. The extra payment fee will be collected before shipping out the product.

International Transit time
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3 – 21 days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping destination and courier service (FedEx, EMS, etc.)

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take measures to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Delay in Delivery Out of Estaderma’s control
Seller will not be liable for any delay in delivery performance due to causes beyond Seller’s control including, but not limited to, embargoes, blockages, delays, or refusals to grant export or import licenses or the suspension or revocation thereof, or any other acts or omissions of government, fires, floods, severe weather, quarantines, labor strikes, riots, insurrection, acts of criminals or terrorists, war, material, shortages or delays in delivery by third parties. In the event of such delay, the delivery date shall be extended for a period of time as may be reasonably necessary to compensate for such delay. Seller will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business, or other incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of any delay. Customer agrees that, for any liability arising out of delay, Seller is not liable or responsible for any amount of damage above the aggregate dollar amount paid by Customer for the purchase of the parts under this agreement.

Change Of Delivery Address
For requests for changes in the delivery address, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped out, please contact the delivery carrier directly. In the case of a change of delivery address, once the package has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for any extra charges.

P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

3. Duties & Taxes
Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival at the destination country. This varies by country, and Estaderma encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Estaderma at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Special Case: United Kindom
The minimum order amount for the United Kindom is 135gbp (around 200USD).
Orders purchased less than this amount will be processed, however, for the shipping label, 200USD will be declared. This information is stated also before checking out of the order. Be aware that if you proceed with the checkout and complete the payment you are accepting these conditions.

4. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
During sales due to the big amount of requests by email, cancellations may be restricted.

5. Sales and Discount Policy
The sales period will be operated according to KST (Korean Standard Time UTC+09:00) unless otherwise indicated.
Sales special codes will be available only during the time defined at the beginning of the promotional period.
The time can be verified on the clock located in the upper right corner of the website.
If you have a problem related to your order during the sales period, please send us a message at info@estaderma.com, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please be aware that during sales adjustments or special requests for products cannot be fulfilled.
During sales, coupons are not valid on items in the sections of "Sets", "Devices", "Numbing Creams" and to the already discounted products.

The simultaneous use of two or more discount coupons is not allowed on our website.
Refunds and returns are not applicable to products acquired during the sales period.
Due to the high number of orders we receive during sales, the estimated time of the order processing can differ from the regular time (2-3 business days). During sales, orders will be processed within 3-5 business days according to the stock of products.

Orders that are placed before the sale period.
If the order was placed and the payment was completed just before the sale period starts, the status of the order will change to "Paid" and in this case, the placed order will not be modified, nor the discount can be applied. The order at this time will be on its way to be shipped and no longer editable. To use the sales discount, please submit another order.

6. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier. If you have a damaged or lost package, please contact the courier service, or send us an email at info@estaderma.com.
In the case of a parcel damaged in transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
For parcels lost in transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has investigated and deemed the parcel lost.

7. Disclaimer
Be informed that our products are meant to be administered by trained technicians/professionals.
Estaderma is not responsible for any side effects such as allergic reactions, etc. that may arise due to the lack of proper knowledge or malpractice at the time of administering the products by yourself.
We will not refund/compensate for products that have been wasted or misused. At the moment you purchase from us, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these statements.

8. The display of the products on the website
The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colors accurately reflects the actual color of the Products. Products purchased may vary slightly from images on our website. The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown in images on our website.
If any part of the Conditions is declared unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed deleted from the Conditions and the remaining provisions of the Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
