Polycaprolactone is an innovative thread for lifting and rejuvenating the skin of the face without surgery. These threads work like a ﬁller. Fill in wrinkles while stimulating collagen production. After the introduction of the threads, the eﬀect appears after 4-5 weeks and can last 2-4 years.

Screw threads are slightly barbed, making it more eﬀective in lifting while tightening the skin. These threads are used mostly on the face for facial expression lines. Areas that are treated could be nasolabial folds, mouth frown, lip contour, drooping eyelids, and along the jawline.

I was excited to try this new line of threads. I’ve placed many many threads from 12mm smooth on up to 100mm cannula Cogs. I’ve placed threads all over my body face, legs, arms, breasts and neck. I placed 5 under my chin just to try them out. I have the 30mm pcl screws. The first one came out with the needle. The rest held done like I was using a cannula cog and I thought they stayed in. A days later I was driving. I though I was picking a wisp of hair off my neck and I realized it was a thread. It pulled out with out with out even a pinch. These are the worst threads I have ever used. I’m really not sure how a thread could have small bards and come right out. Very disappointed.
