I found that this was not appropriate for mesotherapy. It is meant as a topical solution only and causes soreness if injected.

EXOXE is a mesotherapy product, during the treatment can exist a reaction in the injection site such as redness of the skin, needle marks and slight bumps immediately after injection. These effects will disappear after 3 to 5 days. However, exist also the possibility that infection occurs due to a bad administration. If you are not aware of the use or application method, we encourage you to consult an appropriate professional for advice based on your specific circumstances.

This is one of my new favorite products. I only used this brand once but saw some definite improvements a few days after and didn't experience any swelling. Will definitely purchase again.
